Terms of Service
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
1.) The price given are subjected to change depends on complexity, difficulity,time worked on and rush time of each piece of work
2.) clear reference and/or description of the commission idea are required and must be provided by the client. after which, I, the artist will provide customer a quote price
3.) Payments under 50$ must be made in full, up front before I begins any work. customer can discuss about paying half upfront and half after only for commissions that's above 50$
4.) Clients will have opportunity to ask the artist for changes ONLY during sketch, 2 revision at maximum after confirming the sketch, all major changes or changes that requires me to rework on the whole piece will be subject to charge for a fixing fee
5.) the client must discuss any deadline expectation with the artist before payment, if the work is immediate, the work will be charge extra fee as stated in the 1.) ToS
6.) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.
7.) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.
8.) The artist have the right to reject any commission for any reason
9.) The Artist will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum, instant messenger, or private note. Communications about commissions between Client and Artist will be made only through (Natt.Nualsrithong@gmail.com) to ensure all information and communications are consolidated in one location
COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
The artist hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore, I, the artist have the right to;
use the produced work to promote myself with any place or site.
publish books with.
To display it anywhere of my liking.
The clients are allowed to;
use the copyrighted work for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
print the art and claim the right of their characters but not the art itself.
use the art to promote themselves with proper credits given to the artist.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist?s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
